On-device AI-powered offer screen analysis and compact live overlay
Hands-Free Voice AI spoken verdicts and optional voice-commanded Accept/Decline actions
Multi-platform offer comparison, Take-Home Profit Waterfall, and shift analytics
Smart GPS mileage tracking and 2026 IRS Schedule C tax tools

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and operate your vehicle safely in compliance with local traffic laws
Use the service for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse quota systems
Respect intellectual property rights

4. Daily Free Tier & Pro Subscription

GigDecider offers both a functional Daily Free Tier and an optional Pro Subscription:

Daily Free Tier (Ad-Supported): Free to download and use on Android directly from Google Play. Supported by non-intrusive ads. Includes 3 free offer analyses per day plus 2 bonus analyses via 1 rewarded ad (up to 5 analyses/day), 3 manual mileage trips per day, 1 vehicle profile, and a basic finance ledger without requiring any payment method. Daily allowances reset at midnight in your plan's time zone and unused daily scans do not roll over.
Pro Tier (Unlimited): Designed for full-time multi-appers and high-volume drivers seeking unlimited offer analyses, automatic background GPS and offer-linked Smart Trips, Hands-Free Voice AI automation, Take-Home Profit Waterfall analytics, full Tax Center exports, multi-vehicle support (up to 5 vehicles), encrypted backups, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed directly through Google Play at $3.99/month or $29.99/year (about $2.50/month billed annually). Prices may change in the future.
Google Play Billing: In-app subscriptions and free trials are billed and processed directly through your Google Play account (managed via RevenueCat). We never store or handle your credit card data directly on our website or servers.
Google Play Free Trials (14-Day Annual / 7-Day Monthly): Eligible users can start a 14-day Free Trial on Annual Pro or a 7-day Free Trial on Monthly Pro via Google Play with 1-tap checkout. Google Play trial and subscription plans auto-renew at the standard plan price unless cancelled in your Google Play subscription settings before the trial or billing period ends. Previously claimed complimentary 14-day trials never auto-charge.
Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time directly through Google Play (Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Access continues until the end of your current trial or paid billing period.

5. Google Play Billing & Refund Policy

Because all digital subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play In-App Billing, transactions and refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard terms and refund policies.

Policy Details:

Subscription Management: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current trial or billing period in your Google Play account settings.
Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play in accordance with the Google Play Refund Policy.
Service Access: If you cancel a subscription, your Pro access remains active through the remainder of your current trial or prepaid billing cycle.
No Web Charges: GigDecider does not process credit cards or recurring billing on the gigdecider.app website.

Free Trials & Daily Free Plan: Drivers can test Pro features with a 14-day Free Trial on Annual Pro or a 7-day Free Trial on Monthly Pro on Google Play. An ad-supported Daily Free Plan (up to 5 analyses/day and 3 manual trips/day) is always available.
Immediate Pro Access: When starting a trial or upgrading to Pro Unlimited, access begins immediately via Google Play. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Google Play subscriptions menu.
